How I got here

I spent my career in sales, marketing, and loyalty programs — which turns out to be excellent training for squeezing every drop of value out of a travel booking. But the real education was becoming a mom and refusing to accept that family travel had to mean stress, spreadsheets, and coming home more tired than you left.

I became the friend everyone texted before booking. Then friends of friends. At some point "you should do this professionally" stopped being a joke — so I got certified, joined Boardwalk Travel Agency as an independent affiliate, and turned the thing I'd do anyway into SPF Travels.

Cruises are my specialty because they're the family vacation that actually works: unpack once, kids' club included, dinner handled. But I plan the land trips too — parks, resorts, and the big multi-generation celebrations.

Trips I've planned and taken myself

• Multiple family cruises — Disney Cruise Line, Royal Caribbean, Carnival, and Norwegian Cruise Line, with kids from toddler to high school
• Disney World and Disneyland, in every season including the crowded ones
• Universal Orlando and Epic Universe — planned and taken first-hand with my own kids
• Hawaii, Mexico, and Costa Rica — beaches, resorts, and family adventure days
• Europe with kids — France, Germany, Austria, Italy, and the United Kingdom
• Multi-generation trips with grandparents in tow (and everyone still speaking after)
